Security forces eliminated 10 terrorists in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Dera Ismail Khan, while Pakistan Army Captain Hasnain Akhtar was martyred in an exchange of fire, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The ISPR confirmed that the operation was carried out based on credible intelligence reports, targeting terrorists involved in multiple attacks on civilians and security forces.
