Couple Killed in Kashmore on Suspicion of Murder, Bodies Still Missing; Police Investigating

A tragic incident has unfolded in the village of Dadan Kosh, where a couple was murdered on suspicion of being involved in a prior killing. According to police reports, the accused, identified as Ajmal Kosh, allegedly shot and killed his wife, Mukhtiar Kosh, and Liaqat Solangi. The suspect is reported to have hidden the bodies and fled the scene before the police arrived.

Murder in Dadan Kosh

The incident occurred in a slum near Kashmore, in the jurisdiction of Haji Khan Shar police station. Upon receiving information about the crime, law enforcement authorities rushed to the scene. However, by the time the police arrived, the accused had already vacated the premises, and the bodies of the victims were not found. The police are currently conducting a search operation in hopes of recovering the bodies and gathering more evidence related to the double homicide.

Incident Near Malir Halt

In a separate case, two people—an 18-year-old woman named Fatima, daughter of Azhar, and a 20-year-old male whose identity has not yet been established—were shot dead near Malir Halt. The police discovered the bullet-riddled bodies in a flat located in Rifaa Aam Society. After securing the scene, they transferred the bodies to Jinnah Hospital for post-mortem.

Arrest and Ongoing Investigation

Authorities arrested the woman’s father, Azhar, in connection with the killing, and a pistol along with bullet shells were recovered from his possession. The police are treating the incident as a murder case and are continuing their investigation to determine the full details and circumstances of the crime.

Both cases are under active investigation, with police working to piece together the events that led to these tragic deaths.
