Opposition Alliance Seeks Nationwide Consultations on 27th Amendment

The Pakistan Movement for the Protection of the Constitution has announced plans to contact leaders of all major political parties regarding the 27th Constitutional Amendment, according to sources.

Senator Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the opposition alliance, will send letters to key figures including Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, and other party leaders.
