Pakistan’s rising squash stars continued their dominant run in the ongoing junior squash championship, recording emphatic straight-set victories across various age categories. However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing as Girls U15 contender Sehrish Ali was eliminated in the quarterfinals.

In the Boys U-19 category, third seed Abdullah Nawaz showcased his skills with a clinical 11-4, 11-6, 11-6 win over Wong Wing Kuen of Hong Kong.

Top seed Nauman Khan advanced in the Boys U-15 division with a commanding 11-6, 11-5, 11-7 victory over India’s Harshal Rana, while fellow Pakistani Ahmad Rayyan Khan overwhelmed Malaysia’s Armann Merzha bin Ashraff 11-7, 11-3, 11-3.

In the Boys U-13, top seed Muhammad Sohail Adnan breezed past India’s Abhyuday Arora 11-2, 11-8, 11-2, reinforcing his status as a title favorite.

On the women’s side, Mahnoor Ali delivered a stellar performance, defeating India’s Anika Kalanki 11-6, 11-2, 11-3 to book her place in the semifinals.

Meanwhile, Sehrish Ali’s campaign came to an end in the Girls U-15 quarterfinals, as she fell 3-0 to Malaysia’s Syaurah A Sufian, ending Pakistan’s hopes in that category.

With multiple players reaching the semifinals, Pakistan's young squash talents are now just a step away from the finals, showcasing the depth of talent emerging from the country’s grassroots development programs.
