A case has been registered against the Third Secretary of the British High Commission at the Secretariat Police Station. The charges, filed by the government, include negligence and signal violation.

According to the FIR, the British diplomat violated a traffic signal and was speeding when his vehicle collided with a motorcycle, seriously injuring the police officer on board. The injured officer, Amir Dad, is currently posted in the Kakar security division.

The incident occurred yesterday on Dastur Highway, where the policeman's motorcycle was destroyed in the accident. The FIR details the severity of the injuries sustained by Officer Amir Dad and highlights the diplomat's role in the traffic violation.

The case has raised concerns about diplomatic immunity and the legal consequences for foreign diplomats involved in such incidents. The British High Commission has yet to issue a statement regarding the incident.

Authorities are expected to proceed with the investigation while addressing the legal and diplomatic sensitivities involved in the case.
