CM Bugti:

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has issued a stern warning to the perpetrators of the Khuzdar school bus blast, declaring that “the state is no longer a silent spectator” and that those responsible will be sent to hell.

In a fiery press conference held in Quetta, CM Bugti said that cowardly terrorists targeted innocent schoolchildren in a car bomb attack in Khuzdar. "The enemy may have chosen Balochistan to overshadow its defeat in war, but we never expected them to stoop so low as to target children," he said.

"Their blood will not go in vain"

The chief minister vowed that the blood of the slain children will be avenged, recalling how terrorists involved in the train and Nushki incidents were eliminated. “The perpetrators of this heinous act in Khuzdar will also be tracked down and neutralised,” he added.

BLA, BLF named as Indian proxies

Bugti directly blamed India and its proxy terror outfits — the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) — for orchestrating the attack. “These terrorists are funded by India to carry out attacks on soft targets like children,” he said.

Message to Afghan Interim Government

In a significant statement, CM Bugti also urged the Afghan interim government to stop allowing its land to be used against Pakistan. “Terrorists are Indian proxies. Afghanistan must understand this war on terror, and stop redefining terrorism and violence as something else,” he stated.

State power will be used

“We can eliminate terrorists selectively. They do not have the capacity to challenge the state. The time for decisions has come. The state is no longer just a witness — it will act,” Bugti declared.

Blast details: IED, not suicide

Bugti also clarified that initial investigations suggest the blast was caused by an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) and not a suicide bombing. “Further facts will emerge as the investigation progresses,” he noted.

This statement comes amid heightened security concerns and rising calls for action after the deadly bombing that claimed the lives of several children and injured many others.
