Former Minister Fawad Chaudhry Criticizes PTI Leader Sher Afzal Marwat as 'Driver Level' Politician

The political landscape within Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) experienced a sharp clash as former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry referred to PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat as a "driver level" politician. This comment came in response to Marwat's criticism of Chaudhry's stance on the current PTI leadership.

During a media interaction, Sher Afzal Marwat had lashed out at Fawad Chaudhry, stating, "Fawad Chaudhry has no right to criticize the current leadership of PTI. Like an elephant running away, Fawad Chaudhry's departure brought shame to the entire PTI."

In an interview, Chaudhry retaliated, questioning Marwat's political services and suggesting that such individuals enter politics by accident. "All these are driver level people who have won. What are their political services?" Chaudhry remarked.

The former minister went further, criticizing Marwat's judgment and political behavior. He also made comments regarding Marwat's son and the overall state of PTI amid party leader Imran Khan's imprisonment, sarcastically referring to their activities as "playing item songs."

On a different note, Fawad Chaudhry discussed former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa. He expressed his reluctance to criticize Bajwa but questioned his decisions, particularly regarding the advice against holding elections, which Chaudhry believes contributed to the current political instability.

Chaudhry suggested that better communication with the current army chief might have prevented the deterioration of political conditions.

The exchange between Chaudhry and Marwat highlights the internal tensions within PTI as the party navigates through challenging political times.
