Hand Grenade Attack on Minister Mubarak Zeb Khan’s House in Bajaur

Unknown persons attacked the residence of Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan late last night with a hand grenade, authorities confirmed on Saturday.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the attack, though the explosion caused damage to the walls of the house and shattered windows of nearby homes, spreading panic in the area.

According to DPO Waqas Rafique, the attackers fled the scene immediately after throwing the grenade. A search operation is underway in the vicinity to trace the suspects.

This marks the fourth attack on Mubarak Zeb Khan’s house over the past several years. Following the incident, security arrangements have been strengthened, with additional patrols deployed in the area to prevent further threats.

Authorities have urged residents to remain calm and report any suspicious activity. A full investigation has been launched to determine the motive behind the attack and to identify those responsible.
