Iran Warns Neighbors Against Hosting Attacks, Strikes Kuwait & Saudi Targets

Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga has sent a stern warning to countries in the region, urging them not to allow their territories to be used for attacks against Iran. “If you want development and security, do not let our enemies use your land for war,” he said in a message posted on X.

The president emphasized that Iran has repeatedly maintained it does not engage in preemptive attacks. However, he added that “if our infrastructure or economic centers are targeted, we will respond in full force.”

His statement comes a day after United States and Israeli forces reportedly struck several critical Iranian installations, including the Mobaraka Steel Industries in Isfahan, Khuzestan, the Ardakan Yellow Cake Production Plant, and the Heavy Water Facility in Khandab in the Central Province.

In retaliation, Iranian forces targeted Kuwait International Airport and Saudi Arabia’s Prince Sultan Air Base, causing injuries to several individuals. The strikes signal Tehran’s readiness to respond decisively to attacks on its strategic sites.

The escalation highlights growing tensions in the Middle East as Iran reaffirms its defensive posture, warning regional states against enabling hostile operations on their soil. Analysts say the situation could further destabilize the Gulf and raise the stakes for international actors monitoring the US-Israeli war on Iran.
