Rain Changes the Target
Rain interrupted the match during Bangladesh’s chase, forcing officials to revise the target under the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method. Bangladesh were set a revised target of 243 runs in 32 overs.
However, the home side struggled against Pakistan’s disciplined bowling attack and was bowled out for just 114 runs in the 24th over.

Pakistan’s bowlers dominated the contest, with Moaz Sadaqat delivering an outstanding all-round performance by taking three wickets in addition to his match-winning innings.
Fast bowler Haris Rauf also claimed three wickets, putting Bangladesh under pressure early in the chase.
Captain Shaheen Shah Afridi supported the attack by picking up two crucial wickets to help seal the convincing victory for Pakistan.
