Pakistan, Morocco Sign MoU on Defense Cooperation

Pakistan and Morocco have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance defense cooperation, during the official visit of Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif to the North African country.

The MoU aims to further strengthen defense and security collaboration between the two nations. Both sides reiterated their commitment to promoting peace, stability, and mutual cooperation in the region.

During his visit, Minister Asif met with his Moroccan counterpart, and delegation-level negotiations were held on issues of mutual interest, including regional security and defense matters.

At the conclusion of the meetings, both delegations exchanged gifts as a gesture of goodwill. Khawaja Asif presented a football made in Pakistan to the Moroccan Defense Minister.

The signing of the MoU marks a step forward in bilateral defense relations between Pakistan and Morocco, reinforcing strategic ties and cooperation in regional and global security matters.
