A meeting between Imran Khan, founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, and a delegation of his lawyers and family members is scheduled for Tuesday at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, party sources confirmed on Monday.
The PTI has submitted a list of six lawyer leaders to the jail authorities who will participate in the meeting. The delegation includes Barrister Gauhar Khan (PTI Chairman), Salman Akram Raja (PTI Secretary General), Faisal Malik, Chaudhry Owais Younis, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, and Fatehullah Burki.
The lawyers are expected to brief the founder of PTI on party affairs, ongoing legal matters, and future strategies, seeking guidance and directives for the party.
In addition, Imran Khan’s sisters and family members of Bushra Bibi are also scheduled to meet him during the session.
Security and administrative arrangements for the meeting have been completed by jail authorities, and the meeting will be conducted in accordance with prescribed procedures.
The session is seen as a key moment for party leadership and family to coordinate on both political and legal fronts while the PTI founder remains in detention.
