Traffic Wardens Suspended for Allegedly Misbehaving with PTI MPA, Fine Imposed for Traffic Violation
Traffic wardens have been suspended over allegations of misconduct. Afridi was fined Rs500 for violating traffic laws, prompting him to lodge a complaint with the Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) regarding the wardens' behavior.
In his complaint, MPA Sher Ali Afridi stated that his brother informed the wardens of his legislative status, yet they responded with inappropriate language. The incident occurred despite attempts to address the situation through official channels.
In response to the complaint, the traffic police confirmed the suspension of the wardens involved, citing their behavior as the reason for disciplinary action.
It is noteworthy that Sher Ali Afridi represents PK-77 in the Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and has raised concerns over the incident, shedding light on the importance of upholding professional conduct among law enforcement personnel.
