Steve Witkoff, Trump’s Middle East special envoy, arrived in Moscow on Thursday to discuss the plan with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

🇷🇺 Yuri Ushakov, a key Kremlin adviser, dismissed the ceasefire as an attempt to buy time for Ukraine. He stated:
