A two-member delegation from the US Embassy visited Adiala Jail to meet a US citizen prisoner. The delegation included Consul Tracy Zippy and Consular Officer Raheel.
According to jail sources, the officials were granted consular access to Shahbaz Afzal, who is currently detained in connection with a case registered at Sarai Alamgir Sadar Police Station.
No further details were disclosed regarding the nature of the case or the duration of the consular visit.
