Detailed revelations about the Tosha Khana have surfaced, shedding light on the gifts received by Pakistani VVIPs during foreign visits from 1997 to 2023.

According to official documents, 4,692 gifts worth more than PKR 5 billion were received over the past 27 years. Shockingly, 60% of these gifts were kept by former prime ministers, retired generals, and other high-ranking officials without any payment.

The number of gifts deposited in the Tosha Khana has fluctuated over the years, with 222 gifts deposited in 2022, 116 in 2021, and only 59 in 2023.

Financial Impact:

The total amount recovered from government gifts in the past 27 years amounts to approximately PKR 330 million.
