Armed Attack on Highway in Tangwani Leaves One Dead, Protest Erupts

A group of armed men launched a violent attack on the highway at Saifal stop, near Dera Sarki police station in Tangwani. The assailants opened fire on passenger vehicles, injuring van driver Muhammad Yaqub Buriro, who later succumbed to his injuries while being transported to Larkana Hospital.

Protest Erupts After Deadly Attack

Following the attack, transport leaders and community members including Habibullah Marri, Din Muhammad Sabzoi, Asghar Jakhrani, Ghulam Akbar, and Nabi Bakhsh led a massive protest at Saifal stop and Dokkar stop.
