According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir visited Bannu Cantonment, where he was briefed on the overall security situation.
During his visit, the Army Chief also visited CMH Bannu to inquire about the health of injured personnel.
He commended the high morale, resilience, and dedication of the soldiers.
ISPR further stated that General Asim Munir reaffirmed the military’s commitment to national security and emphasized the importance of continuing decisive actions against anti-state elements.
