Karachi: In response to a shocking robbery of foreign tourists in Sujawal, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has condemned the incident and promised swift justice. Eight suspects have been arrested, and the authorities are committed to ensuring the safety and dignity of all visitors to Pakistan.

The incident occurred when a Polish couple, traveling by bicycles from different countries, were robbed by armed assailants while passing through Sujawal. The criminals targeted the couple and fled along Badin Road after stealing only mobile phones from the tourists.

The Chief Minister expressed his dismay over the robbery, stating that such actions bring disrepute to the country and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. "We will not allow the mistreatment of guests in our country," said Murad Ali Shah.

In a report submitted to the CM House, SSP Sujawal stated that the authorities had used technology to track down the suspects. With the help of CCTV footage, the criminals are expected to be apprehended soon.

As a result of the incident, DIG Hyderabad's DIB in-charge, Abdul Haq Bidar, has been suspended for failing to prevent the crime. The police are continuing their efforts to ensure that justice is served, and the safety of all tourists is upheld.
