- President: Abdul Razak Sial of the Democrats panel won with 1,067 votes, narrowly defeating Nayyar Ali, who made history as the first female presidential candidate of the National Press Club, receiving 1,052 votes.
- Secretary: Dr. Furqan Rao of the Democrats won the seat with 1,024 votes, defeating Khalid Mahmood from the Journalists panel.
- Finance Secretary: Abid Abbasi (Journalists panel) led with 1,061 votes, while Khawar Nawaz Raja of the Democrats secured 1,032 votes.
- Vice Presidents: Ehteshamul Haq (Journalists) topped the vote with 1,202 votes, alongside Bashir Chaudhry and Usman Khan (Democrats), and Sehrish Qureshi won the Vice President Women post.
- Joint Secretaries: The Journalist panel swept the three Joint Secretary positions, with Shiraz Gardezi receiving 1,228 votes, and Shakeela Jalil winning the Joint Secretary Women seat.
The election demonstrated a balanced distribution of power, with Democrats controlling the top leadership while the Journalists panel retained a strong presence in key executive roles.
