EC Releases Final List of 9 Candidates for PS-9 Shikarpur By-Election on December 14

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released the final list of candidates for the upcoming by-election on the Sindh Assembly seat PS-9 Shikarpur 3, which is scheduled to be held on December 14.

According to the ECP, a total of 9 candidates have submitted their nominations and will contest the by-election, as per Form 33. The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has nominated Aghaz Shahbaz Ali Durrani as its candidate for the vacant seat.

The seat became vacant following the demise of Agha Siraj Durrani, the former member of the Sindh Assembly. The by-election will determine the new representative for PS-9 Shikarpur 3.

The Election Commission has urged all candidates and voters to comply with the rules and regulations to ensure a free, fair, and transparent election.

Political analysts are closely watching the by-election, as it holds significance for party representation in the Sindh Assembly.
