Lakki Marwat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: In a disturbing incident, Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists kidnapped 17 unarmed civilian workers in the Kabal Khel area of Lakki Marwat district, demanding extortion.
The terrorists also set fire to a local contractor's vehicle after the abduction. Despite the scale of the operation, security forces and law enforcement agencies acted swiftly, managing to recover 8 of the kidnapped workers.
The authorities are continuing their operation to recover the remaining workers and ensure their safety. Security sources emphasized that those responsible for this heinous act will be brought to justice.
The authorities condemned the actions of Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists, stressing that their anti-Pakistan and anti-people behavior contradicts Islamic values and religion.
The situation remains under active investigation as the security forces intensify their efforts to bring peace to the area.
