Former Chief of Army Staff General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa was hospitalized after suffering injuries in a fall at his residence early Tuesday morning.
Sources reported that the incident occurred around 4:30 am in the washroom of his home. The fall resulted in injuries to multiple parts of his body, including his head.
Family sources confirmed that General Bajwa is currently receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and medical staff are monitoring his condition closely.
No further details about the severity of his injuries or expected recovery time have been disclosed. Authorities and family members have requested privacy while he undergoes treatment.
