JIT Names Amir Musab, Amir Fateh Guilty in Javed Butt Murder Case

The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the murder of Javed Butt, brother-in-law of Khawaja Tareef Gulshan alias Tefi Butt, has declared Amir Musab and Amir Fateh guilty in the high-profile case.

According to the JIT, Amir Musab orchestrated the murder in collaboration with Amir Fateh. Investigators revealed that Amir Fateh was present at the scene when shooters, acting on Amir Musab’s instructions, carried out the killing.

The investigation further notes that one accused, Arif Bhatti, remains absconding, with authorities actively searching for him. Meanwhile, Amir Fateh has obtained interim bail to avoid immediate arrest.

The JIT is being led by SP President Investigation Mian Moazzam, with DSP Ichhra Qamar Abbas and Shahzeb from Investigation Raiwind also playing key roles in the case.

The team continues its efforts to apprehend all fugitives and bring the accused to justice in this high-profile murder that has garnered widespread public attention.
