A senior PTI official, speaking on condition of anonymity, has revealed to Geo News that the party is engaged in behind-the-scenes negotiations with the establishment to secure the release of its founder. PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur are leading these efforts.

 

According to the party official, PTI acknowledges that the founder’s release is unlikely without the establishment’s approval. However, both Barrister Gohar and CM Gandapur remain optimistic about the possibility of a breakthrough.

 

While no direct meetings with the establishment have taken place yet, continued efforts are being made. If the negotiations succeed, the PTI founder could receive significant relief.

 

Meanwhile, speaking to Geo News, Barrister Gohar confirmed that efforts are underway at every level to secure the PTI founder’s release and expressed confidence in a positive outcome.
