The Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench has halted the recruitment of constables in the Sindh Police following complaints of irregularities in the selection process. The court has imposed a stay order and suspended all recruitments until May 5.

✔️ A petition was filed by candidates who scored above 70, 80, and 90 marks but were declared failed, while candidates with less than 50 marks were selected.
✔️ Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi and Justice Nisar Ahmed of the Sindh High Court Sukkur Constitutional Bench heard the case.
✔️ Lawyers Shabbir Shar, Athar Abro, and others represented the petitioners.
✔️ Petitioners alleged that recruitments were based on political recommendations rather than merit.
✔️ The court was informed that names of candidates with high marks in physical and written tests were missing from the final selection list.
