In a devastating incident in Bakhtawar village, Malir, the bodies of a woman and her two children were recovered from a water tank. The deceased have been identified as Shamaila Ali Nawaz, 35, and her two young children, Yusra, 5, and Rabab, 3.
Local residents reported that the tragedy began when one of the children fell into the water tank. In an attempt to rescue her child, Shamaila Ali Nawaz also fell into the tank and drowned. In a tragic turn of events, the second child subsequently fell into the tank, leading to the deaths of all three family members.
Emergency services were alerted, but the bodies were discovered too late. The local community is in shock over the tragic loss, and authorities are investigating the incident to determine if any additional factors contributed to the fatal accident.
