Two Fatal Accidents in Karachi: Woman Killed in Bus Collision, Motorcyclist Dies in Speeding Incident
A woman tragically lost her life after a bus collided with a motorcycle near Orangi Town No. 5. The bus driver was arrested following the accident, and a case has been registered. This brings the number of bus collision deaths in Karachi to 10 this year, part of a broader toll of 85 fatalities from heavy traffic accidents in the city in 2023.
In a separate incident, a motorcyclist was killed after his bike collided with a parked tanker near Defense Mor. The motorcyclist, who was speeding at the time, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Authorities are investigating both accidents, with calls for greater road safety measures to prevent further loss of life. As Karachi’s traffic incidents continue to rise, both pedestrians and motorists are urged to exercise increased caution on the roads.
