ACC Announces Schedule for Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 in Doha

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has officially released the schedule and group details for the Asia Cup Rising Stars Championship 2025, formerly known as the Emerging Asia Cup. The much-anticipated tournament will take place in Doha, Qatar, from November 14 to 23, featuring 15 T20 matches in total.

According to the ACC, eight teams will compete in the event — Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Hong Kong. The tournament will feature the A teams of the Test-playing nations, while full-strength squads from Associate nations will participate.

In the group stage, Group A includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong, while Group B features Pakistan, India, UAE, and Oman.

Pakistan will open their campaign on November 14 against Oman, while fans are eagerly awaiting the Pakistan vs India showdown scheduled for November 16 — one of the highlights of the championship.

The semi-final matches are set for November 21, followed by the grand final on November 23 in Doha.

The Asia Cup Rising Stars Championship aims to provide a platform for emerging cricketers across Asia, strengthening competitive cricket and nurturing future international stars.
