The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered the arrest and production of Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan, for their continued non-appearance in the October 4 protest case.
The case, registered at Kohsar Police Station, pertains to protests held on October 4 against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and others. During proceedings, ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra issued the arrest warrants, citing their failure to appear before the court.
The court has adjourned the next hearing of the case till November 22, giving authorities time to take necessary action regarding the warrants.
The October 4 protest case has seen multiple PTI leaders summoned over allegations linked to public demonstrations, with ongoing legal proceedings drawing significant political attention.
