The hearing of the tragic murder case of Fatima Phurro, a child who allegedly died due to violence at Pirani Haveli, Ranipur, has been postponed until February 13.
The session, scheduled at the court of Fourth Additional Sessions Judge Samina Mangi, was disrupted due to ongoing protests by lawyers. Both the plaintiffs’ lawyer Jamshed Dahraj and the defendants’ lawyer Ali Murtaza Shah appeared in court, but proceedings could not continue.
