Vehari district, a man allegedly forced his wife into sexual assault after losing a gambling bet. The accused also filmed the act to blackmail the victim.

According to reports, suspect ‘A’ lost a gambling wager to his friends ‘Q’ and ‘I’. As a result, he brought them home, where ‘Q’ allegedly raped his wife and recorded the crime. The accused threatened to release the video on social media if the victim spoke out.

The victim’s father filed a complaint with Sahooka police, leading to the registration of FIR No. 139/25. However, the police report does not mention gambling, despite the victim and her father confirming to the media that it was the root cause of the incident. The accused are yet to be arrested.
