Khairpur Accident: 2 Killed, 5 Injured in Coach-Truck Collision

A high-speed collision between a passenger coach and a truck due to dense fog left two people dead and five injured near Mecca Hotel, close to Shah Hussain police station.

According to initial reports, the accident occurred when a speeding coach rammed into a truck, causing severe damage.

Victims Identified

The deceased have been identified as:

  • Hamza Ali Bhanbhro (Resident of Ranipur)
  • Azizullah Phulpoto (Resident of Pipri)

They lost their lives on the spot due to the impact of the crash.

Police & Rescue Operations

Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene, took both vehicles into custody, and shifted the bodies of the deceased to a hospital.

The injured passengers were also rushed to the hospital for medical treatment. Meanwhile, authorities have informed the families of the victims.

Warning for Drivers

Authorities have once again urged drivers to take precautionary measures while traveling during foggy weather, as reduced visibility continues to pose serious road safety risks.
