Non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the ongoing audio leak case.
The Sessions Court Islamabad ordered that Gandapur be arrested and produced before the court. However, due to his unavailability, the indictment proceedings were postponed, and the court adjourned the hearing until February 21, 2026.
A case in this regard has been registered at Golra Police Station, and authorities are expected to take further steps to secure Gandapur’s presence in court.
The development marks the latest in a series of legal proceedings involving the former KP chief minister, who has faced multiple investigations in recent months.
