The Pakistan Army has received international acclaim for its military capabilities, with the globally respected journal The National Interest recognizing its superiority over Indian armed forces. This acknowledgment marks a significant milestone in Pakistan’s defense history.
In a recent report, The National Interest stated that Pakistan's success in downing five Indian warplanes represents a “great achievement” and a clear indication of its strategic and tactical edge. The article highlights how the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), utilizing J-10C fighter jets and PL-15 long-range air-to-air missiles, dealt a serious blow to the Indian Air Force (IAF).
The report pointed out that even modern Indian aircraft like the Rafale could not withstand Pakistan’s precision strikes. Defense analysts call this loss an “irreparable blow” to India’s air dominance ambitions.
Defense experts further added that Pakistan’s evolving defense strategies and technological advancements have significantly bolstered its deterrence capabilities. “Pakistan’s military knows how to respond to threats with full force — the recent operation is a shining example of discipline, skill, and superior planning,” one expert said.
This latest recognition serves not only as a morale boost for the armed forces but also as an affirmation of Pakistan's growing defense stature on the world stage. Analysts believe it sends a strong message about the region's shifting military dynamics and underscores Pakistan’s role as a key strategic power in South Asia.
