Two soldiers of the Pakistan Army, who were critically injured in recent Indian aggression along the Line of Control (LoC), embraced martyrdom while under treatment at a military hospital, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed on Tuesday.

The latest casualties bring the total number of Pakistan Army martyrs to 13 in the recent escalation. According to the ISPR, 78 soldiers have also sustained injuries during the ongoing Indian violations along the border.

In a statement, the ISPR hailed the ultimate sacrifice of the martyred soldiers as a “timeless example of courage, unwavering duty, and unmatched patriotism.” The military’s media wing added that the armed forces, together with the entire Pakistani nation, stand united in honoring the memory of these heroes.

"The sacrifices of these martyrs will forever be etched in the hearts of the nation and will serve as a source of pride and inspiration for generations to come,” the statement read.

The ISPR also expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs and extended prayers for the swift recovery of all injured personnel.

Amid rising tensions with India, Pakistan’s armed forces remain on high alert. The military leadership has reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and ensuring a robust response to any form of aggression.
