Pakistan Condemns Israeli Airstrikes on Gaza Hospital, Calls It “Crime Against Humanity”

Pakistan has strongly condemned the Israeli airstrikes on Al-Nasr Hospital in Khan Younis, Gaza, which claimed the lives of 21 people, including five journalists and a rescue worker.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson denounced the hospital bombing as a crime against humanity and a grave violation of international law.

“The attack on a hospital is a heinous act and a serious crime. Pakistan strongly condemns these Israeli strikes and calls upon the international community to hold the Zionist state accountable for its atrocities,” the FO said.

Condemnation of Strikes in Syria

The statement also condemned Israel’s simultaneous aggression in Syria, reiterating Pakistan’s firm support for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.

The FO urged the international community to act decisively to prevent Israel from carrying out actions that threaten regional peace and stability.

Background

Israel’s military campaign in Gaza has continued to draw widespread condemnation for targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, including hospitals and schools. The latest attack on Al-Nasr Hospital further highlights the severe humanitarian crisis in the besieged enclave.

Pakistan has consistently voiced solidarity with the Palestinian people and has repeatedly called for an immediate ceasefire and accountability for Israeli war crimes.
