Pakistan Summons Indian Diplomat Over Cross-Border Aggression

Pakistan summoned the Indian Charge d'Affaires to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday to lodge a strong protest and deliver an official protest letter condemning the violations.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan stated that the Indian diplomat was categorically informed that the attacks constituted a blatant violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and were a serious breach of international law.

“Such open aggression is not only illegal but also poses a grave threat to regional peace and stability,” said the spokesperson.

The Indian Charge d'Affaires was told that India’s baseless claims about the presence of so-called terrorist camps in Pakistan hold no merit and do not justify targeting civilian areas.

“Several civilians, including women and children, were martyred in the attacks. Pakistan rejects India’s fabricated narrative and considers it an excuse for reckless military adventurism,” the Foreign Office noted.

The protest letter strongly warned that further aggression by India would be met with a befitting and timely response, reiterating that Pakistan reserves the right to take all necessary measures to defend its territory and people.

The Foreign Office also urged the international community to take immediate notice of India’s actions and play its role in preserving peace in South Asia.

“The time has come for global powers to hold India accountable for its violations of international law and its repeated provocations that threaten regional stability,” the spokesperson concluded.
