Police Officer Martyred, Official Kidnapped in Alleged Attack on Police Post Near Border

Armed assailants attacked a police post resulting in the martyrdom of Police Jumdar Sahib Diya Abbasi. The attackers also kidnapped another official along with weapons before fleeing towards a nearby village.

 

Police sources confirmed the loss of Officer Jumdar Sahib Diya Abbasi in the armed assault. "We are actively pursuing the perpetrators and will bring them to justice swiftly," assured a police spokesperson.

 

In a separate but related incident near Ghoshpur, three individuals, including a businessman, were allegedly kidnapped. The victims, identified as Nitish Kumar and Sanjay Kumar, were traveling from Ghoshpur to Kandhkot when they were reportedly abducted by armed men.

 

The news of the kidnappings has prompted a significant response from the local Hindu community, who gathered at the scene seeking updates and urging authorities to take immediate action for the safe return of the abducted individuals.

 

Authorities are currently investigating both incidents to apprehend the perpetrators and ensure the safety and security of the affected communities.
