President Zardari Hails China’s Development as a Positive Global Force

President Asif Ali Zardari has praised China’s remarkable development and its positive influence on the world while reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties with its neighbor.

In an interview with Chinese state media during his official visit to China, President Zardari expressed admiration for the country’s rapid transformation over the past few decades.

“China’s development is not just impressive but a positive step for the entire world,” he remarked. “As China's neighbors for decades, we know that China does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries.”

The president highlighted the collective efforts of the Chinese people in contributing to national progress. “The dedication of every individual to their respective fields has driven China's remarkable transformation,” he noted.

China's Foreign Policy and Regional Stability
President Zardari commended China’s foreign policy as a stabilizing factor in the region. “China's policy of non-interference and cooperation is a beacon of stability in an otherwise volatile world,” he stated.

He further stressed the importance of fostering deeper cooperation between Pakistan and China, especially in the realms of trade, infrastructure, and diplomacy.

Strengthening Economic and Diplomatic Ties
The Pakistani president emphasized the need to expand economic collaboration, particularly through projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which has already brought significant development to Pakistan.

“The Pak-China friendship has always stood the test of time, and now we aim to take this relationship to even greater heights,” he concluded.
