PTI to Issue Show-Cause Notice to Senator Mashal Yousafzai Over Controversial Remarks

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced that it will issue a show-cause notice to party leader Senator Mashal Yousafzai over his recent statements regarding the family of the party’s founder, Imran Khan.

According to party sources, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar said that “enough is enough” and that no kind of language or remarks against the founder’s sisters or family would be tolerated.

Speaking to the media outside the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House, Barrister Gohar emphasized that the party’s discussions should focus on the nation’s welfare and the health of Imran Khan, and warned that anyone making derogatory remarks about the founder’s family has no place in PTI.

“Have you not found anyone else in the entire country to make remarks about except his family? Enough is enough,” he said. “If any founder makes remarks about the family of PTI, he will not remain in the party.”

Barrister Gohar acknowledged that differences are natural in a large political party, but stressed that disagreement must not cross the line into disrespecting the founder’s family.

The decision comes amid ongoing internal debates within PTI, highlighting the leadership’s strict stance on protecting the reputation of the party founder’s family.
