Security forces successfully foiled three terrorist attacks in Quetta on Saturday, leaving two people injured but resulting in no fatalities.

The first attack targeted the railway line in Sariab area, causing an explosion that halted train traffic. Police and bomb disposal squads quickly cordoned off the area and began search operations. Authorities are investigating the incident to identify the perpetrators.

Meanwhile, two consecutive explosions occurred on Qambrani Road, injuring two passers-by. According to police reports, the first explosion took place at a checkpoint near Anguri Bagh. Following this, security teams including the Bomb Disposal Squad and Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) had arrived on the scene when terrorists detonated a remote-controlled bomb on a motorcycle near Allah Wali Mosque.

Police confirmed that no casualties occurred in either explosion. The affected areas have been cordoned off and thorough investigations are underway. Authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

The swift response by law enforcement prevented a potential escalation, highlighting the ongoing security challenges in Quetta.
