18 Soldiers Martyred, 23 Terrorists Killed in Balochistan Operations, ISPR Reports

In a series of high-intensity sanitisation operations in Balochistan, 18 soldiers were martyred, and 23 terrorists were neutralized within 24 hours, according to a press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday.

The operations, conducted in Harnai and Kalat districts, were part of an immediate response to terrorist activities aimed at destabilizing the region.

The ISPR reported that on the night between January 31 and February 1, militants attempted to block roads in the Mangocher area of Kalat district. Security forces swiftly mobilized to counter the threat, successfully neutralizing 12 terrorists and ensuring civilian safety.

President Asif Ali Zardari condemned the attack, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of brave soldiers while praising their sacrifices for the country.
