Wave of Violence in Balochistan

On Saturday, a blast in Quetta targeted an Anti-Terrorist Force (ATF) vehicle, leading to the martyrdom of a police officer and injuries to six others.
Additionally, the Jaffar Express train hijacking in Balochistan’s Sibi area left 26 hostages dead, including 18 security personnel, while five more security forces personnel were martyred during the rescue operation.
