Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) was hospitalized on Tuesday after experiencing difficulty breathing during an ongoing court hearing.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir were presiding over cases when the incident occurred. Court officials and fellow judges immediately responded to the situation, and Justice Inam Amin Minhas was shifted to a private hospital for medical evaluation.
Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Sarfaraz Dogar, along with other IHC judges, is present at the hospital to monitor his condition. Details regarding his health status are awaited, and the court proceedings have been temporarily paused.
The Islamabad High Court administration has urged all concerned to respect the privacy of Justice Inam Amin Minhas and his family during this time.
