Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) central leader Mufti Kifayatullah has died after succumbing to injuries sustained in a tragic family shooting incident.

According to police, Mufti Kifayatullah had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Islamabad, where he passed away on Thursday.

The incident took place two weeks ago in Malakand, when his son, Mutasim Billah, reportedly opened fire on family members inside their home. The attack left Mufti Kifayatullah seriously injured, while his two daughters and one son were killed on the spot.
