 mother, Pathani, intervened, expressing reluctance to endanger another son. Pathani, grieving the loss of one son, Nasrullah, declared her determination to seek justice, stating, "I will take a knife and cut off

 the heads of the killers." Nasrullah's survival from a previous attack two years ago adds to the family's anguish, with the identity of the assailants still unknown. The inability to register a case highlights the
