Pakistan and Indonesia Conclude Successful Joint Counter-Terrorism Exercise ‘Alling Strike Two’

The week-long joint military exercise between Pakistan and Indonesia, named "Alling Strike Two," concluded successfully at the National Center for Counter-Terrorism in Pubi. This exercise, which started on September 8, was the second collaborative effort between the two nations aimed at bolstering their counter-terrorism capabilities.

 

Organized by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), "Alling Strike Two" was designed to enhance the tactical skills and knowledge exchange between the armed forces of Pakistan and Indonesia. The exercise emphasized improving cooperation and refining the abilities of both countries' forces in addressing terrorism.

 

The closing ceremony was graced by the General Commanding Officer (GCO) of the 17 Division, who acted as the chief guest, and Indonesian Defense Attaché Colonel Budi Vermin. The event showcased the high standards of professionalism displayed by the soldiers, with participants demonstrating their expertise in complex anti-terrorism scenarios.

 

The joint exercise underscored the commitment of both nations to combat terrorism and enhance regional security. The success of "Alling Strike Two" highlights the ongoing cooperation and strengthened defense ties between Pakistan and Indonesia.
