Security forces foiled an attack by Fitna-ul-Khawarij on the FC headquarters in the Mohmand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations) reported.
The incident occurred on the morning of September 6 when a group of four suicide bombers attempted to infiltrate the FC headquarters. According to ISPR, the security forces quickly responded, neutralizing all four attackers before they could cause any harm. Explosives were also seized during the operation.
Following the incident, a clearance operation was carried out in the area to ensure the presence of any foreign militants was addressed. The Pakistan Army reiterated its resolve to eliminate terrorism, stressing that security forces remain vigilant in their mission to protect the nation.
This successful operation is part of ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and ensure national security in the face of persistent threats from extremist groups.
