Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated that Pakistan’s foreign policies are producing visible results internationally, particularly in Washington, reflecting the country’s strategic strength.
Speaking to Samaa News, Asif emphasized that Pakistan has showcased its capability to confront a five-times larger adversary and that its leadership—both civilian and military—has united to address national challenges.
He highlighted that Afghanistan continues to export terrorism into Pakistan, but the world now recognizes Pakistan as a frontline state in the fight against terrorism. “Our forces have restored the nation’s confidence with victories on multiple fronts,” he added.
Asif pointed out that Pakistan, once labeled a terrorist state, is now being appreciated globally. He underscored that new avenues of international cooperation have opened for the country, marking an unprecedented level of collaboration between the civilian government and military leadership.
